When opening it for the first time

  • The app asks for the address of your Flowplan instance – for example app.flowplan.org.
  • macOS: right-click the app → Open while it is not signed.
  • Windows: for SmartScreen “More info” → “Run anyway”.
  • Linux: make the AppImage executable (chmod +x) and start it.

Updates

New Flowplan features arrive through the server – no update needed. New versions of the app itself are found automatically and installed on the next start on Windows and Linux; on a Mac it points to this page.
